Hi guys, I'm Kate!

For the past 8 years, I've been the proud owner of Le Sugar Salon--a space built on the sweetest vibes, great hair, and the most genuine connections! I have 18+ years of experience behind the chair making hair dreams come true--wether is a complete makeover, flawless color, fresh cuts, or a new set of extensions. I'm a 2x certified EasiHair Pro extension specialist and a Redken Color certified artist, with advanced training in both NYC and Las Vegas (because why not learn in style?). I've also trained with Goldwell in Santa Monica to round out my color game.

When I'm not in the salon, I'm usually in my veggie garden, spoiling my nieces, chasing around my cutie pups Saturn & Jax, or hanging with the hubs Chris (he's around the salon a lot--I'm sure you guys have seen him!).

Hello, I'm Kristie, a salon manager with over 18 years of experience behind the chair. I'm a Redken Master Colorist and former Redken Color Educator, and I've had the opportunity to teach and learn alongside some of the best in the industry. I'm also EasiHair Pro certified and have taught aspiring cosmetologists at the Salon Professional Academy in San Antonio, TX. Continuing education is a big part of my passion--I've taken classes in both New York City and Las Vegas to stay on top of trends and techniques.

I've had the privilege of helping build an incredible team of stylists who are not only talented and creative but truly care about making every guest feel confident and cared for. Outside of the salon, I'm a proud mom of three wild and wonderful girls who definitely keep me on my toes. My husband and I love trying new restaurants whenever we get the chance--it's our favorite way to enjoy a fun night out!

Hi, I'm Ashlyn! 

I am an extension-loving hairstylist who's all about making you feel amazing in your own hair. I'm certified with Laced and EasiHair Pro, and I've travelled all over Texas soaking up knowledge from some of the best in the biz--like Daniel Mora Ayala, Briana Cisneros, and more! I love to stay up to date with my skills so I am constantly seeking out education.

When I'm not in the salon, you'll find me hanging with my horse River, my sweet pup Koda, or my amazing husband Michael. I'm totally in love with Italy, and yes--you will almost always see me with an iced latte from Chick-fil-A in hand...it's basically my personality at this point!

I love to chat, laugh, and connect, and my goal is for you to feel comfortable, confident, and totally pampered every time you sit in my chair. Let's make some magic with your hair!

Hi, I'm Kenzie! I specialize in intentional hair, where your color and cut not only look amazing but truly work for your lifestyle. Healthy hair is always my priority, and I believe with the right plan and consistent care, we can achieve your dream hair.

Ive taken continued education through Redken, L'Oreal, Goldwell, and Oribe, and I'm ALWAYS learning to stay on trend and deliver the best results possible.

Hi there, I'm Cailyn a stylist in training and certified spray tan artist!

I've been a certified spray tan artist for over two years and am proud to be a National Spray Tanning Professional Technician. I specialize in customized, streak-free tans that match your skin tone and give you that fresh from the beach glow--without the sun damage. Whether you're getting ready for a special event or just want to feel your best, I love helping clients feel confident and radian with a natural looking tan. I'm all about creating a comfortable, judgement-free experience where you leave feeling like your best bronzed self!

When it comes to hair, I am Bellami Extension Certified, EasiHair Pro Extension certified, with hands on salon experience assisting with color, styling, and extensions. I'm always eager to learn new techniques and support the stylists and clients in creating looks they love.

Outside of work, I'm usually shopping (guilty pleasure lol), spending time at the beach, or hanging out with my family and my adorable puppy, River. I'm all about good vibes, great hair, and that perfect tan glow! Can't wait to see you guys!

Hi there, I'm Marnie!

I have been in the beauty industry doing hair and freelance makeup for about 3 years now. I am all about getting you to your goal hair and yapping while we do it! I love all things dimensional color, vivids, curly & alternative cutting! I enjoy learning new techniques from the stylists around me, and the industry greats. I am always committed to extending my knowledge of hair and makeup.

When I'm not in the salon, you'll find me doing some financial damage at a thrift store or searching for my new hidden gem coffee shop! Fun fact: my entry into the beauty industry was through theater. I have designed hair, makeup, and wigs for many theatrical shows and local short films along with choreographing a couple of musicals along the way!
